Downloading Logs

Edge Device is not Onboarded

  1. When onboarding an Edge Device, click "Settings" in the "Activate Edge Device" screen.

  2. Click the "System" tab.

  3. To download the Edge Device logs, click the "Download Logs" tile.

Edge Device is Onboarded

  1. Log into the Edge Device UI.
  2. Navigate to "Settings > System".

  3. To download the Edge Device logs, click the "Download Logs" tile.
