Known Issues
  • Performing hard reset causes issues with the hostname of the device, leading failure of software upgrade. It is not suggested to perform hard reset before upgrading the device starting with version V1.24.2.
  • It is strongly recommended to update your IEM Virtual and IEM Pro to the version including Helm Charts v1.11.7 or higher before onboarding or updating your device.
