Seller Onboarding¶
First we need to onboard your company as a Seller to the Industrial Edge Ecosystem. To comply with legal and financial regulations as well as compliance requirements such as Export Control we are legally bound to perform a background check with the data provided by you. The Seller Onboarding will result in the Marketplace Onboarding.
Conditions and Contracts¶
As a Seller you will need to comply with the following conditions and contracts:
Conditions:

| Marketplace Services | Transacting up to 5 different Industrial Edge software products of Seller through the Marketplace during the Subscription Term. |
| Subscription Term | 12 months (with automatic renewal) |
| Membership fees | 0 EUR during the initial Subscription Term. 3,000 EUR during any renewed Subscription Term. |
| Transactions-based fees to be paid by Seller for the Marketplace Services | 30 % of the Transaction Proceeds excluding any value added taxes or sales taxes (including any renewals). |

The provisioning of the Marketplace Services is governed by the Marketplace Seller Agreement:
The Marketplace Seller Agreement regulates sales via the Industrial Edge Ecosystem. The contract is concluded with the Siemens Industry Software Inc. (SISW US) - Ecosystem Agreement (to be signed directly in Industrial Edge Hub):
The Ecosystem Agreement regulates the services for developing and deploying the apps within the Industrial Edge platform (e.g. usage rights for copying and distributing the apps to the devices after purchasing a license).
